To all to whom these Presents shall come. Greetings:
Whereas under the second article of the Treaty made and concluded at the City of Washington on the twenty fourth day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty two, between the United States and the Creek Tribe of Indians, Hilton, alias Tus ke nuch ee chopko or Membrance Hilton of the Eu fau la Town as the head of a Creek Family, became entitled out of the lands ceded to the United States by the said Treaty to factional Section three(West of Chatahooche River) in Township eight, of range twenty nine in the Tallapoosa Land District of Alabama, containing one hundred and sixty five acres, and thirty hundredths of an acre recording to the official plat of the survey of the said Lands returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General.[…]”
